Our room was fine. The food was good, but deserts were not. There should have been early dinner for children with more kid friendly food. A few days with ice cream would have been great! The snack room was really a joke. If you got there 10 minutes after it opened, especially with kids, the snacks were gone and not replenished. The seders were not enjoyable as the noise level made it impossible to focus on your own seder. On the Yom Tov evenings after shul, the wait on line to get your food was ridiculous. The food area was not large enough to accommodate the large number of people. There were also issues getting clean towels when they were taken by he cleaning staff.
