This was the first time our families went to a Pesach program all together — and our experience was fantastic. So many things to highlight and to thank the Pesach Experience Team, including: (1) patiently addressing each and every allergy concern and medical need all with the warmest smile and great attention to detail. The hotel is so nice and the room accommodations suited all our families needs perfectly. Everything is situated to make everything easily accessible (2). Of course the food was plentiful and incredibly delicious,even on a Pesach (kids want the waffle recipe!!). We very much appreciated all the sugar- free desserts for those that needed them. But besides the delicious food, we had a professional wait staff and captain that literally would assist in any request so graciously - again with smiles and real intention to make our Yom Tov as enjoyable as possible (3). The programs were great— from a Mordechai Shapiro concert that had my in laws and kids equally rocking, to the stimulating lectures and shiurium. The 3 minyanim each morning were great. (Layning was stellar— I enjoyed the chazanim- a bit more then my young son though😀) 4. For recreation for the kids, the nearby park was an added benefit and the game room kept them busy. The “vibe” in the lobby was so nice and inviting— meeting people of all ages we enjoyed the friendliness of the people on the program. All in all— it was a thoroughly delightful Yom Tov. Thank you Pesach Experience. Your program was great and you ran it all so smoothly and with such warmth!
