Kashrut & Religious Framework

The Passover program is conducted under strict Glatt Kosher standards, supervised by
WCRC – West Coast Rabbinical Court (Beis Din).
Rosh Mashgiach: Rabbi Gavriel Cohen.

All food is prepared in accordance with Bishul Israel, Chalav Israel and Pat Israel, with no kitniyot served throughout the program.

Daily prayers are held on site, with organized Sedarim and two synagogues available (Sephardic & Ashkenazic).

Throughout the holiday, daily shiurim and conferences are given by
Rabbi Moshe Cohen (Jerusalem), from the Sidof Synagogue, offering meaningful and inspiring Torah content during Pesach.
