The hotel maintains strict Glatt LeMehadrin Kashrus year-round under the respected hechsher of Badatz Eida HaChareidis.  At Pesach, cuisine is non-kitniyos, non-gebrochts with Shmura Matza throughout Pesach and Shemita LeChumra.
