Yes, we have specifically chosen this hotel due to the fact it is very suitable for observant Jews. Due to its historic nature and period features the hotel is very convenient for shabbos and yom tov with much less electric features than many new-build hotels. In addition, the entire hotel is spread out over only 2 floors meaning getting to your room is much easier without having to climb up flights of stairs or wait for a shabbos elevator.
